PCI Gaming, doing business as Wind Creek Hospitality, will acquire Miami-based Magic City Casino in a multimillion-dollar deal. The tribal chair and CEO of Wind Creek parent Poarch Band of Creek Indians said she is excited to grow in another major metro area.

Magic City is a prominent strip club in Atlanta, founded in 1985 and currently owned by Michael Magic  Barney.
